Offer Terms and Conditions:
1. Two Months Free promotion is subject to availability and applies to selected Spirit residential buildings only.
2 Offer is available to new customers signing up on new full length residential contracts only.
– Some customers may be eligible if they submit existing contract details for future sign up within the offer period.
– Customers that submit their existing contract details must be coming out of contract with their current provider within 6 months to be eligible for 2 months free upon sign up on a new full length residential contract with Spirit.
3. Offer is not available to commercial customers, or residential customers at Atherton Gardens Estate Fitzroy, Collingwood Estate, College Square Apartments, and any Student Residences.
4. Two Months Free applies to your Internet Service only and is not applicable to any additional option, calling, wiring or maintenance charges.
5. Offer applies to the first two full months of service. Customers are required to pay any initial pro-rata plan fees before the start of the standard billing cycle, plus any selected options at signup. The two month discount will be added to your account and appear on your first bill from Spirit.
6. Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Customers are unable to downgrade their service during the contract period. Customers wishing to downgrade during the contract period will be required to cancel and reconnect their service, resulting in early termination fees and set up fees.
8. Offer runs from 12.00PM AEST on Monday 25th September 2017 to 11.59PM AEDT on Tuesday 31st October 2017.
